As a Property Paralegal, you will work on:
* Contract pack preparation.
* Client and stakeholder communication.
* Post-completion tasks.
* Providing key support to the property and secured lending team.

* Experience in property law, running straightforward conveyancing files under supervision, and knowledge of secured lending.
* Strong communication and organisational skills. `
* Ability to review and prepare legal documents with attention to detail.
* Previous experience in a property department within a law firm.
