Location: Hybrid (with office days at our O&M office in Diss, Norfolk)

What Youll Be Doing
Overseeing the day-to-day management of a portfolio of solar farms
Designing and scheduling annual preventive maintenance plans
Coordinating internal teams and subcontractors for corrective actions
Leading regular client meetings and ensuring contractual obligations are met
Managing insurance claims and contract performance
Conducting financial reviews and forecasting
What Were Looking For
Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
3+ years experience in renewables (O&M, Asset Management, Design, or Project Management)
Strong technical knowledge of PV systems and components
Experience supervising technician teams
Skilled in contract negotiation and management
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM/ERP systems
Highly organized and structured approach to work
