Job Description
AGR are working closely with our Aberdeen-based client to recruit for a Wells Superintendent - MODU Ops to join its team on an initial 24-month contract, based onshore in the Aberdeen office with offshore visits at times required.
About the role:
This role is a Wells Superintendent - MODU for subsea P&A activities to support the MODU and LWIV campaigns (52 wells total campaign). The role provides leadership, direction and technical expertise to the onshore and offshore MODU teams to ensure that the MODU operational planning and delivery maximise safety and efficiency in accordance with the client's objectives, standards, regulatory requirements and industry best practice.
Key duties and responsibilities:
1. Works closely with the onshore and offshore MODU teams, and other key team members to plan, develop and execute the MODU and LWIV P&A campaign, ensuring all activities are undertaken in a safe and environmentally acceptable manner and in strict compliance with Company standards and procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
2. Supervises and co-ordinates the onshore and offshore subsea resources, ensures activities are prioritised effectively and that the team delivers results in line with approved plans and timescales.
