Duties and Responsibilities
* Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
* Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed and organized
* Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including restrooms and common areas
* Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock or product shortages
* Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
* Process customer orders and handle customer complaints or concerns
* Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning equipment
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment
Requirements
* GCSE or equivalent
* Previous experience in retail is essential
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
* Knowledge of basic math and computer skills
* Familiarity with inventory management and stocking procedures
