Junior Installation Technician (Full Training Provided) £27,000 - £K OTE) + Training + Progression + Bonus + Overnight Allowance + Pool Van Glasgow, Covering the UK and Ireland Are you a Junior or aspiring Electrical Technician who recently completed an electrical qualification (NVW, HNC, HND, 18th Edition, etc) looking to kickstart your career for a business that can further your technical development? Do you want the opportunity to gain further qualifications and become an expert in condition monitoring equipment that keeps the Grid running whilst on a development pathway to become a fully autonomous Field Service Engineer? On offer is the opportunity to join a company that provides and installs condition monitoring systems for substations across the UK. They supply to companies such as The National Grid and Scottish Power and are looking to further expand their installations team due to an ever-increasing workload. In this role you will be travelling across the UK and Ireland, staying overnight for up to 100 nights a year, working along side trained engineers to further develop your skills. You will be provided with further training through shadowing, and external training from the manufacturers of the condition monitoring systems you will be installing. Previous Electrical experience is helpful but being willing to learn and develop yourself, with an interest in Engineering, is the most important aspect. This role would suit a Junior or Aspiring Electrical Technician with an electrical qualification looking to kickstart their career with full training and progression into a fully autonomous Field-based engineering role.The Role:
* Assisting Engineers with the installation of Condition Monitoring Systems
* Full Training Available
* Personal development plan to become a fully qualified and autonomous Field Service Engineer
* Travelling across the UK and Ireland
* 100 nights staying away (£75 bonus per night)
