Role as a Trainee
Initially, as a Trainee, your role will primarily involve sourcing candidates for open job vacancies.
Headhunting
Cold-calling
Managing candidates through a job process.
The Training
The CEO and founders will lead your training. You will also work alongside a performance coach dedicated to supporting mental health and driving a high-performing attitude.
There is a 12-week initial training scheme and ongoing training, development, and support throughout your time with the business.
Your First six months
86% of Trainees are promoted within their first six months. There is a good chance this will be you.
