Job Summary
We're looking for an Estimator with upwards of 5 years' experience to join an existing commercial function within a Manchester based building firm who predominantly work as a fit-out / refurbishment contractor throughout the North West. Projects typically range in value from around a few grand up to £2.5million so you'll ideally be comfortable and challenged enough working on projects of this scale.

What you'll be doing:
1. Analysisof tender documentation to internal and external stakeholders.
2. Site surveys and inspections, including creation of detailed photographic and videographic records.
3. Preparation of professional tender documentation to establish clear project baselines, supported by CAD outputs.
4. Identification and mitigation of risks, with implementation of effective risk management procedures.
