We are seeking a proactive, dedicated, and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Payable professional to join our growing team, based at the private terminal of Farnborough Airport. This role reports directly to the Finance Manager.
A successful candidate will have previous experience in accounts payable, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and be a team player.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Managing the Accounts department inbox for multiple entities
* Posting invoices, credit card transactions, and expenses
* Managing the payment run process, including ad hoc payments
* Assisting the sales team with monthly client disbursement queries
* Completing daily bank reconciliations
* Developing relationships with key stakeholders
* Supporting the team with other duties as required
* Prioritising tasks effectively
* Being well-organised and proactive
* Being trustworthy and reliable
Technical skills
* Access Dimension experience (desirable)
