Veritas Education is working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in the Bradford area to recruit an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and make a real difference to students with additional needs.
Role Overview:
Provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) within a mainstream classroom setting.
Assist with learning activities, behaviour management, and emotional support.
Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to implement individual education plans.Requirements:
Previous experience supporting students with SEN in a school environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build positive relationships and promote an inclusive learning environment.Why Join Us?
