Job Type: Full Time, 40 hours per week (Contract for 6 months with possibility of permanent role)
Hours of Work: Monday – Saturday 9:30 - 18:30, Sunday 12:00 - 18:00
Broad Purpose of Job
Drake's is looking for a result-driven retail Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties. From serving customers in store to the highest standards, to generating leads and closing sales. We are looking for an individual who is able to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
1. Able to collect client data and build your own customer network
2. Be driven to take customers on a journey, retain over multiple store visits and our website
3. Dealing with telephone, email and video call enquiries
4. Replenishing stock
5. Communicating with office staff for arranging requested stock for customers
6. Making sure all appropriate product is out on the shop floor and correctly displayed
7. Making sure all product is correctly priced and has a barcode
8. Ensure any tailoring needed is done so in a correct and timely manner and communicated to the tailor in a clear and concise way
