Sales Operations Executive
Location: Wilmslow – 2 days Wilmslow HQ, 3 days from home
Salary: £25,155 per annum + commission OTE up to 45k+

The Citation Group is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Executive to join our fast-paced and growing Contact Centre team. We’re looking for someone with an excellent organisational skills, and a collaborative approach to working across teams. The role
* Listen back to customer calls and gauge the quality of the appointments booked, making sure they meet the business standards and expectations.
* Share collected call recordings to share with colleagues, helping to support training, give constructive feedback and drive ongoing improvement.
* Manage the administration and allocation of inbound leads to the appropriate teams or individuals.
* Answer inbound customer calls, providing a professional and helpful first point of contact.
* Handle appointment cancellations efficiently, updating systems and communicating changes as needed.
About you
* Bring confidence, initiative and a genuinely upbeat, can-do approach to every task.
* Never hesitates to pick up the phone and tackle challenges directly, keeping momentum high.
* Listens closely, spots the small details and takes real care in getting things right.
* Keen to grow, improve and stretch their skills as they develop.
* Experience in sales or a contact centre is helpful, although not essential.
* Stays organised, dependable and fully at ease with day-to-day admin.
* Appreciates how powerful great customer service can be and strives to deliver it.
* Works naturally as part of a team, communicating clearly and supporting colleagues with ease.
