About the role
A longstanding charity client of BTA is looking for an experienced senior leader to join us as Interim Head of Corporate Services for a 6-month period.
Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will oversee and coordinate their corporate services functions: Finance, HR, ICT, Marketing & Communications, and Business Administration. As part of the Senior Management Team, you’ll provide stability, drive efficiency, and ensure compliance across governance, risk management, and organisational development.

* Contribute as part of the Senior Management Team to provide stability, drive efficiency, and ensure governance and risk management.
Qualifications / What we’re looking for
* Strong leadership and management experience in a multi-disciplinary corporate services environment.
* Proven ability to manage budgets, reporting frameworks, and compliance systems.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* A values-driven leader able to motivate teams and work effectively with the CEO and Board.
This is a pivotal opportunity to contribute to the resilience and success of one of Scotland’s most trusted charities. There may be the option for the role to become permanent at the end of the contract.
