The Distribution Centre (DC) and Logistics Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of DC performance and is accountable for driving operational efficiency, fostering a high-performing culture, and ensuring safe, cost-effective, and customer-focused operations.
This role leads continuous improvement initiatives, optimises resources to meet throughput and budget targets, develops leadership capability, and builds strong partnerships internally and externally including with courier providers to deliver outstanding service and performance. The role balances longer term planning with hands-on leadership to deliver consistent service and team engagement, embedding Tredz values and performance standards into everyday practice.
Reporting into the Head of Finance & Operations, this role ensures operational scalability, colleague engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives that support Tredz strategic growth ambitions.
