Head of Marketing - B2B Learning & Development - London
We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead B2B marketing efforts for learning and development products, with a focus on driving revenue growth across a portfolio of corporate training and client marketing solutions. This hybrid role requires 2-3 days per week in the London office.
Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing B2B financial publishing business. The successful candidate will take a lead role in developing the marketing strategy and delivering it across our portfolio of corporate training and learning courses and client marketing solutions. You will lead a small marketing team and work closely with sales, product and learning teams.
Responsibilities
* Shape and own the marketing strategy to align with business objectives and growth targets.
* Inspire, coach and develop the marketing team to deliver high-quality campaigns and initiatives.
* Champion a data-led approach, using insights to inform decisions, optimise performance and maximise ROI.
* Lead digital marketing activity — from SEO and paid media to website optimisation — driving effectiveness and ongoing improvement.
* Improve visibility and reporting on lead generation, attribution and conversion to strengthen commercial impact.
* Oversee and optimise the annual marketing budget, ensuring investment is closely aligned to strategic priorities.
* Foster creativity and innovation across all marketing activity, from messaging through to campaign delivery.
* Work collaboratively with sales, product and learning teams to ensure marketing supports the entire customer journey.
* Manage and develop relationships with agencies and suppliers, ensuring quality delivery and value.
Requirements
* At least 5 years' B2B marketing experience, preferably in learning, development or training; other B2B sectors will be considered
* Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, or similar tools
* Good team management experience
* Experience working with sales / business development functions
* Significant experience in data analysis and turning data into meaningful insights
* Significant experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
* Experience with owned, earned and paid marketing channels
* IT literate; MS Office, including advanced Excel

Role is hybrid with 2-3 days per week in the London office. The successful candidate will lead a marketing team of two and drive growth across a portfolio of corporate training & learning products.
