Master Technician Vacancy - Milton Keynes Main Dealer
1. Position: Master Technician
2. Location: Milton Keynes
3. Basic Salary: £45,600 + Bonus / Overtime
4. OTE: £53,250
5. Working Hours: 45 hours per week
6. Weekends on a rota basis
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Master Technician to join a busy and well-established franchised dealership in Milton Keynes. This role would suit a highly skilled technician who enjoys complex diagnostics, fault finding and supporting other members of the workshop team.
Working within a modern aftersales environment, you’ll play a key role in maintaining high workshop standards while delivering accurate and efficient repairs across a wide range of vehicles.
Responsibilities as a Master Technician will include:
7. Carrying out advanced diagnostics, servicing and repair work
8. Completing mechanical and electrical repairs to manufacturer standards
9. Identifying and resolving complex vehicle faults efficiently
10. Supporting and mentoring other Technicians within the workshop
11. Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
12. Maintaining accurate job records and following workshop processes
Requirements that the Master Technician will need:
13. Qualified Vehicle Technician to Level 3 or equivalent
14. Previous experience as a Master Technician within a dealership environment
15. Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
16. Confident working on electrical and mechanical systems
17. Full UK driving licence
18. A team-focused approach with a positive attitude
