What you'll be doing
You'll be part of a busy night shift team working with fresh salmon and trout. Expect tasks like:
* Feeding the production line
* Gutting, washing and grading fish
* Tagging, boxing and chill work (icing, lidding, palletising)
* Filleting and final prep
It's physical, fast paced and essential to keeping the supply chain flowing

* Experience in food production is a bonus but not a must
