Senior / Principal Consultant – Business Systems / ERP Recruitment

Stable10 is entering a period of sustained growth and is seeking experienced recruiters with a background in business systems, ERP, or mid market transformation hiring to support an expanding US client base.
This role is suited to individuals who have built desks across ERP, finance systems, or broader business systems within the private mid market, and who are seeking greater ownership, stronger earning potential, and the opportunity to influence the direction of a growing specialist firm.

The Opportunity
Demand from US clients, particularly across ERP, finance systems, and broader transformation programmes, continues to increase. Stable10 has an established client base and is investing in expanding its presence across this market.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a specialist vertical and develop it further, working with organisations undergoing significant systems and operational change.
Responsibilities
* Own and develop existing client relationships across business systems and finance transformation
* Deliver on senior and high value mandates across ERP, finance systems, and transformation programmes
* Build and grow a 360 recruitment desk focused on the US mid market
* Develop long term partnerships with organisations undertaking system implementations or operational change
* Contribute to the ongoing development and growth of Stable10’s business systems practice
Candidate Profile
* Experience recruiting within business systems, ERP, or finance technology markets
* Proven track record of running a successful 360 recruitment desk within the private mid market
* Strong commercial awareness and the ability to win and develop client relationships
* Comfortable operating in a high trust, professional environment with autonomy
* A consultative approach and the ability to work with clients undergoing transformation
