Overview of the role:
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to run the day to day operation of the kitchen to provide students, staff and visitors with a pleasant meal experience, which is value for money and that meets the Lime Trust standards.
We are looking for an individual who:
- is an effective team leader and team player
- has good knowledge of food standards regulations, including allergen management
- has a good understanding of Health & Safety, COSHH and food hygiene regulations/legislation
- has experience of planning menus, staff rotas and stock monitoring
- has experience of working under pressure and to tight deadlines

The postholder will be part of our school support function.
