We are recruiting for a high-calibre School Business Manager for an Outstanding academy in Sutton. This full-time, permanent position is available for an April 2026 start. Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations of the finance, site, and admin teams
* Draft and manage the school’s long-term capital development plan
* Ensure the school’s recruitment and business practices promote inclusion
* Manage complex service level agreements and external contracts
Qualifications and Experience
* Strong background in finance and operational management
* Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and independently
* Must have the right to work in the UK
Salary and Benefits
* Salary Range: £47,000 – £57,000
