This well-established contractor is expanding their maintenances division and are looking for a highly competent administration coordinator. Join a busy department where your role will include some scheduling of works, order materials and liaising with engineers in the field. Your role as an administrative coordinator will include:
*Supporting the technical manager with scheduling of works
*Ordering materials, managing inboxes and answering inbound and outbound calls to clients and engineers
*Scheduling engineers, ordering materials and parts when required
You will need:
*Previous administrative experience beneficial within construction or a facilities maintenance environment
*Commutable to the office on a full-time basis
*Competent with general administrative tasks and willing to learn
