Our client, a prominent player in the water industry, is currently seeking a Site Agent to join their team on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the UU MSP Framework, focusing on various water infrastructure projects such as Water Treatment Works (WTW), Wastewater Treatment Works (WWTW), pumping stations, and reservoirs.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nOverseeing the daily operations and management of construction sites.\nEnsuring that all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.\nLiaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project requirements are being met.\nManaging resources, including labour, materials, and equipment.\nConducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality control.\nCoordinating with subcontractors and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.\nPreparing and maintaining accurate project documentation and reports.\nProviding technical guidance and support to the project team.\n\nJob Requirements:\n\nExtensive experience in civil engineering within the water sector.\nStrong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.\nAbility to manage and lead a team effectively.\nExcellent organisational and time-management skills.\nProficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nA degree in civil engineering or a related discipline is preferred.\n\nContract Details:\n\n9-month contract\nOutside IR35\nImmediate start\nIf you are an experienced Site Agent with a background in civil engineering and the water industry, looking for a challenging and rewarding contract opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
