What Will You Be Doing as a CoCreation Delivery Manager?This is a high-impact role at the centre of transformation across IMRDS. As a CoCreation Delivery Manager, you'll take ownership of turning innovative ideas into real, scalable solutions that improve performance, reduce costs, and enhance wellbeing and sustainability outcomes.You'll lead the delivery of cocreation programmes that directly support stepchange improvements across capital delivery and operations-shaping how we work today and future-proofing how we deliver tomorrow.Working across engineering, operational teams and supply chain partners, you'll:Lead end-to-end delivery of cocreation initiatives-from idea through to trial, scale-up and business-as-usual adoptionDrive the efficiency realisation programme, contributing to cost-base reduction targets and measurable performance improvementsDesign and deliver trials across desktop, pilot and live environments-ensuring solutions are practical, scalable and impactfulChampion cocreation as a core way of working, facilitating workshops and bringing together diverse expertise to solve challengesDevelop business cases, manage governance approvals, and oversee project budgetsEnsure benefits (financial and non-financial) are tracked, realised and clearly reportedEmbed a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and learning-including capturing and sharing lessons from success and failureInfluence senior stakeholders and partners to challenge traditional approaches and adopt new ways of working You'll play a critical role in shaping the wider transformation agenda-bringing innovation to life in a way that delivers real value.
