Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Rainham for a Senior Quantity Surveyor. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, producing bills of quantities (BOQ), monitoring costs, and preparing cost reports. The role also involves liaising with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure financial efficiency and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
* Experience in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
* Proficient in preparing BOQs and Cost Reporting
* Strong analytical and numerical skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work on-site in Rainham
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
* Chartered status or working towards chartered status (e.g., MRICS) is a plus
