Working alongside our Head of Year, you'll be a vital point of contact for students, providing support with pastoral care, wellbeing and attendance. This isn't just about managing behaviour; it's about building strong, trusting relationships and being a reliable person for students to turn to. Your support will be crucial in helping them engage with their education, no matter what they're facing personally.
This role requires a flexible and proactive approach. We are looking for someone who can help foster a positive school culture, work closely with parents and internal teams, and champion our students' personal development.
