With 54 beautifully designed en suite bedrooms, it will offer exceptional Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite care in a warm and welcoming setting. What We Offer £12.70 per hour Full-time and part-time contracts available Night shifts: 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM Paid PVG, pension, uniform provided, free onsite parking 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract) Full induction, shadow shifts, and ongoing training SVQ support and genuine opportunities for career progression within a growing organisation What You Will Do As a Care Assistant, you will support our residents with all aspects of daily life – including personal care, meals, mobility, and meaningful companionship. You will follow individual care plans, promote dignity and independence, and help create a positive, person-centred environment from the very beginning. Whether it is helping someone start their day, assisting with a favourite activity, or simply sharing a moment of conversation, you will be making a real difference every day.
