Soft Services Manager – Facilities Management - Edinburgh FM Search & Select is working with a leading facilities management provider to recruit an experienced Soft Services Manager. This mobile role will oversee a multi-client portfolio across the East of Scotland, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery across a range of sites. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on, people-focused professional with a background in soft services and team management. Package: * £32,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience) * Company car with fuel card * 25 days annual leave bank holidays * Early finish on Fridays * Option of flexible working hours * Company pension scheme * Ongoing training & career development opportunities Responsibilities: * Lead and manage soft service delivery across multiple client sites for cleaning. * Supervise and support on-site teams, ensuring high performance and staff engagement * Conduct regular site visits to audit standards, provide coaching, and maintain compliance * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the key point of contact * Oversee rota planning, training, onboarding, and staff development * Ensure delivery of services in line with SLAs and KPIs * Identify areas for service improvement and operational efficiency * Uphold all health & safety protocols and company procedures Qualifications & Skills: * Proven experience in soft services supervisory or management across multi-site environments * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate remote teams * Confident communicator with strong client-facing experience * Full UK Driving Licence (essential for mobile working) * Excellent organisation and time management skills * Understanding of FM compliance and H&S legislation * Proactive, solutions-focused, and adaptable to change * Strong IT skills is essential Interested?
