Weekend working and holiday cover - long-term temporary contract.
If you’re the kind of person that loves providing quality customer service whilst representing a luxury brand – we have the role for you. We are looking for a smart and well-presented front of house professional.
Duties include
* Meeting and greeting clients, providing a warm and professional welcome
* Providing refreshments and associated hospitality services
* Keeping the reception area clean, tidy, and well-stocked
* Ensuring guests are updated and looked after
* Answering telephones and resolving enquiries
Skills/Experience Required
* Previous experience in hospitality, beauty, luxury brand, or customer service
* Well-presented, smart appearance
* Confident communication skills with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels
* Able to stay calm in high pressure situations
