What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting operational planning and resource forecasting across all of Rental Services.
* Driving process improvements and efficiency initiatives to enhance service delivery across all areas.
* Analysing performance data to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
* Monitoring KPIs and generating insights through effective data management.
* Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to optimise business operations.
* Manage projects from start to finish, working across the operation with key stakeholders.
* Aligning operational improvements with Rightmove’s strategy and objectives.
* Ensure business, consumer and customer needs are prioritized in decision making.
Who You Are
* A commercially minded analyst who identifies opportunities to improve revenue and performance, with accountability for end‑to‑end delivery.
* Highly proficient inExceland data analysis.
* Demonstrates advanced proficiency in SQL.
* A strategic thinker withstrong problem-solving skills.
