Engaging with internal stakeholders at operational and strategic levels to optimise financial management. Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Interpreting complex financial data to help colleagues understand financial implications. Playing a key role in strengthening financial controls and procedures. Assisting in financial risk management activities to safeguard organisational assets. Temporary Finance Business Partner Experience Proven Finance Business Partner, with experience gained in a complex organisation. Ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights clearly. Project accounting experience. Familiarity with financial management tools or ERP systems. Experience supporting financial decision-making within a fast-paced environment. Strong IT skills, especially with MS Excel and financial reporting systems. A proactive, adaptable approach with excellent stakeholder engagement skills. Location Based in South Oxfordshire, with on site parking free of charge.
