What you will do:
* Lead and manage a team of social workers to ensure high-quality service delivery and positive outcomes for children and families.
* Oversee complex cases, including those involving Duty, Child Protection, and Section 47, and Children in Need (CIN) work.
* Provide supervision and support to social workers while managing performance to meet organisational goals.
* Conduct assessments and contribute to case planning and reviews, ensuring the best possible results for children and families.
* Use the Eclipse case management system to efficiently manage and track cases and ensure compliance with all statutory guidelines and procedures.
Requirements:
* A strong background in Duty, Child Protection, and Section 47, as well as CIN work, is essential.
* The ability to work at pace and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
* Experience using the Eclipse case management system is a plus, although training can be provided.
* Open to newly qualified social workers and strong family support workers with experience in assessments and working with Children in Need plans.
