We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join the team of an established FM company on a temporary basis, offering an immediate start, plenty of opporutnity to develop your skills within project coordiantion and a flexible working environment. Role: Project Coordinator Location: WFH ( may be occasional travel to London) Working week: Monday to Friday 9-5 Hourly rate: £18-21 depending on experience Contract length: Ongoing As a Project Coordiantor, your main duties will be: * Planning of projects and coordinating work flow * Tracking projects and ensuring KPI’s/ SLA’s are adhered to * Data analysis * Dealing with contract documentation and organisation * Communicating with multiple stakeholders/ FM teams to ensure all comms is accurate and up to date * Utilising systems such as PowerPoint, excel, CAFM To be successful as a Project Coordinator, you will need to have: * Experience in an FM enivornment * Experinece in administration and data management * Dealt with stakeholders and third parties to ensure cooridination of projects or similar * An understanding of microsoft packages and IT systems such as Powerpoint, Excel, CAFM etc We would like to speak to anyone with FM Scheduler, Facilities maintenance scheduler, Repairs planner, Repairs scheduler, Maintenance coordinator, Project assistant, Data anaylist, Project administrator experience.
