Requirements Starting salary (HC06 £31,486) 1. Bachelor degree with Honours in Civil Engineering (or similar subject) which must be accredited by the Engineering Council. Starting salary (HC07 £35,399) Masters in Civil Engineering or first degree in Civil Engineering with Masters (or similar subject) which must be accredited by the Engineering Council.
