Senior Occupational Therapist
Salary: £37,350 per annum, pro rata
Hours: 30 Hours per week
Contract: 1 Year fixed-term (Subject to extension)
Based: Wymondham office with service delivery throughout Norfolk and wider areas.

About The Role
Are you passionate about young people’s mental health?
This organisation seeks a senior occupational therapist, experienced in working with young people (age 8-25) in a community mental health setting. Applications from those with experience working with young people aged 7-14 are especially welcomed.
The Senior Occupational Therapist will deliver individual and group occupational therapy interventions and training, based at the Wymondham office and across Norfolk and wider areas.
Your role will include overseeing community projects, supervising team members, and working closely with the management team, CEO, and Board of Directors.
Additionally, you will:
* Develop and deliver training
* Complete reports
* Supervise team members
* Collaborate with the team, CEO, and Board of Directors
* Support the growth of the charity by engaging with young people, families, funders, and partners
* Network with other organisations
* Support community events to promote the charity’s work, which may include some weekend and evening activities.
Please note that having a full driving license and access to a car with business insurance is essential for this role.
