The Team
The Customer advisory team delivers large-scale customer-centric transformation programs across various sectors, helping clients innovate for the digital age. The main focus of this role is managing sales, delivery, and fulfillment of projects in the Infrastructure, Government, and Healthcare sectors as a Director, leading multidisciplinary teams.
We seek candidates with deep experience in customer/citizen experience and digital transformation, capable of delivering digital capabilities to UK public sector clients. The role involves working collaboratively, co-designing solutions, and supporting business development.
The Customer & Digital Transformation Director will:
* Engage with senior leadership within IGH
* Build relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives
* Lead business development efforts in the public sector
* Collaborate on customer solutions like Voice of Customer platforms and CRM systems
* Drive business growth and deliver client projects
* Provide thought leadership on customer experience and digital trends
* Develop and lead complex transformation programs
* Contribute to team and practice growth, sharing knowledge
The Role
This position involves:
* Leading customer business development and proposal activities
* Managing delivery of large, complex transformation programs
* Developing and mentoring teams
* Supporting practice development and risk management
Location is flexible; travel is expected. KPMG supports hybrid working aligned with client needs.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have experience in selling and delivering professional services, especially in transformation consulting within organizations such as System Integrators, Big 4, or digital agencies. They should operate at a senior level and possess:
* Strong relationship-building skills with leadership
* Experience engaging with senior executives on digital and customer experience topics
* Proven leadership of large teams
* Ability to coach and develop team members
* Thought leadership and market influence
* Sales experience with revenue targets
Technical expertise in areas like Digital Transformation, Customer Experience, CRM, and industry sectors such as Infrastructure, Government, Healthcare, is preferred. Additional skills include multi-channel journey design, agile working, process re-engineering, and digital innovation.
The candidate should demonstrate adaptability, execution focus, and a proven track record of delivering measurable value and managing change.
