Corporate Solicitor - 2+ PQE
A respected and growing law firm is seeking a Corporate Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join its established Corporate team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and commercially minded lawyer looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and forward-thinking practice.
Working as part of a collaborative team, you will handle a varied caseload of corporate matters and play a key role in delivering high-quality advice to a broad client base.
The Role
* Managing a full caseload of corporate transactions and advisory matters from instruction to completion
* Providing clear, pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice
* Drafting and negotiating a range of corporate documentation
* Undertaking comprehensive due diligence and ensuring regulatory compliance
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering excellent client care
* Supporting business development and marketing initiatives
* Working closely with colleagues to meet billing and performance targets
* Proactively managing financial aspects of matters, including time recording and fee recovery
The Candidate
* Minimum 2 years' PQE in corporate law
* Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage matters independently
* Commercial awareness and a practical, solutions-focused approach
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable using case management systems and general IT platforms
