We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager from construction recruitment to lead from the front and drive revenue growth.
This role offers the opportunity to build and grow a high-performing recruitment team with the support of an established business.

* Drive new business development within construction recruitment
* Lead and motivate a small recruitment team
* Manage key client relationships
* Grow desk and team revenue
* Support consultants with client development
Qualifications
* Background in construction recruitment
* Strong personal billing history
* Experience leading recruiters or running a desk/team
