Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Hybrid Benefits Package Continuous Improvement Lead · 25 days annual leave bank holidays · Life assurance and pension scheme · Company sick pay · Occupational health nurse and eye tests · My Shop – employee discount platform · Free parking Key Responsibilities for Continuous Improvement Lead · Develop strategies and action plans to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall effectiveness · Assess processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement · Work closely with departmental leaders and employees to determine root causes, develop solutions, and empower teams to problem-solve · Lead change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and strong employee engagement · Support Operations and Projects departments in planning layouts and infrastructure for new machines and processes · Lead weekly performance meetings to analyse scrap rates and machine efficiency, collaborating across departments to implement solutions · Implement and manage KPIs to monitor performance and minimise waste Key Skills and Experience required for Continuous Improvement Lead · Passion for change management and continuous improvement · Proven experience in reducing waste · Minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment · Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving · Able to command respect and represent the company professionally · Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels If you have the skills and experience required for this opportunity, please apply now to find out more
