You will be tasked with overall responsibility for the production team of senior accountants and bookkeepers: training and developing them from a technical view while managing and review the workload.

Description
* Review the work of the team: financial statements, taxation return, bookkeeping and payroll processing
* Training and development of less experienced team members
* Manage and plan the workload of the department
* Occasionally assist the client manager with client meetings and strategic planning / advisory services.
Profile
* Hold a relevant accounting qualification
* 10+ years of experience working in practice
* Prior experience managing a team
* Experienced user of Xero and Quickbooks would be beneficial
