About the Role
We have Service Engineers located nationwide and are looking for talented individuals to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Carry out on-site service checks for new and existing contracts in line with company procedures, maintaining a client-focused approach.
2. Ensure all check sheets and logs are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
3. Immediately highlight any major issues or urgent matters.
4. Complete and submit company documentation to facilitate parts ordering, site re-visits, and filing.
5. Obtain customer sign-off on work via work sheets.
6. Conduct site visits, providing detailed reports to the Service Manager for quoting and discussion with clients.
7. Attend site visits as per client requirements.
8. Complete all documentation within specified timelines.
Required Skills
* Experience with commercial sprinkler systems
* Good health and safety knowledge
* Basic IT skills
* Excellent communication and flexibility
* Full Driving License
