A young person has moved into West Farm. You’re there to check in, make sure the property is safe, and help them understand their tenancy. With your support, they don’t just keep their flat, they learn to sustain independence, manage challenges, and see a future beyond homelessness.
As Tenancy Sustainment Officer, you’re the steady support who helps them develop and hold onto that hard-won independence.
What you’ll be doing
* Help residents move into safe, well-prepared accommodation.
* Support young people to understand their tenancy rights and responsibilities.
* Tackle challenges like rent arrears, anti-social behaviour, or property issues.
* Work with partners to find move-on housing options and prevent homelessness.

* Experience of housing or tenancy management.
* Empathy and patience to support young people facing multiple challenges.
* Organised, resilient, and passionate about giving people the tools to thrive in independence.
