Superior Healthcare is seeking Rapid Response Nurses to join our Complex Care Team, supporting adults and children across West and Mid Kent.
This is a permanent position working nights where you will provide clinical support in clients' homes when their regular team members are unavailable. You will work with clients living with a wide range of life-limiting conditions, including:
* Congenital conditions from birth
* Degenerative conditions
* Spinal injuries
* Acquired brain injuries
You will also support clients requiring interventions such as:
* Tracheostomy
* Ventilation
* Gastrostomy
* Bowel management
* Seizures
Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality complex care in clients' homes
* Work to a two-week rota with regular hours (days and nights available)
* Provide last minute cover when needed
* Assist with training and induction of Healthcare Assistants and Nurses
* Ensure continuity of care and clinical excellence
Shift Pattern - 8-12 hour shifts
* Week 1: Mon, Thu, Fri
* Week 2: Tue, Wed, Sat, Sun
* Week 3: Mon, Thu, Fri
* Week 4: Tue, Wed, Sat, Sun
