Customer Partnerships Manager (Account Manager)

Hybrid – Once a week in Datchet

Salary – £50,000 Basic

Are you commercially astute with a passion for Customer Retention? If so, then this role is for you!

This an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing, employee-owned Facilities Management business with a strong reputation in cleaning and wider support services. Part of their continued growth is focusing on long-term customer partnerships, they are seeking a dynamic self-starter to join this small team to take ownership of the performance, risk and longevity of key client relationship.

This role will play a critical part in protecting and strengthening high-value contracts, reporting into the Client Partnership Director and working closely with operational leaders to drive best practice, insight-led decision making and outstanding customer outcomes.

Key Duties

* Own the health and retention of allocated key customer accounts

* Operate above day-to-day account management to provide strategic oversight

* Identify risk across the customer portfolio and implement proactive retention plans

* Work with operational leaders to drive best practice and consistency

* Develop and oversee Account Partnership Plans for key contracts

* Analyse customer data to identify trends risks and improvement opportunities

* Lead structured customer feedback activity including surveys and NPS

* Translate insight into clear actions for operational and senior stakeholders

* Maintain accurate customer health and CRM reporting

* Support mitigation of at-risk contracts through cross-functional collaboration

* Influence senior internal and external stakeholders to protect long-term value

Experience Required

* Commercially astute, dynamic and a self-starter

* Logical thinker, with the ability to spin a lot of plates a one time

* Living commutable to Datchet, and willing to travel once a week/fortnight
