Job Title: SEN/SEMH Teacher\n Location: Bournemouth, Dorset\n Salary: £30,000 - £43,000 per annum (depending on experience)\n Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent\n Start Date: September 2025 (or sooner if available)\n\nAre you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs and social, emotional, and mental health challenges?\n\nWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN/SEMH Teacher to join a vibrant and supportive specialist school in Bournemouth. This is a rewarding opportunity for a teacher with a strong understanding of SEN and a desire to support students in overcoming barriers to learning.\n\nWhat you will be doing: \n\nDeliver tailored, creative, and engaging lessons to small groups of pupils with SEN and SEMH needs. \nDevelop and adapt learning materials to support individual education plans (IEP's and EHCP's) \nCreate a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment\nPatience, empathy and resilience.\nStrong communication and teamwork skills.
