Store Manager Responsibilities
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of store performance, including sales, people, and operations.
You will:
* Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team
* Drive store sales performance, KPIs, and commercial targets
* Deliver exceptional customer service and improve the customer experience
* Analyse sales performance and retail data to identify opportunities for growth
* Implement actions to increase footfall, conversion, and average transaction value
* Manage all store operations, including stock, compliance, and back of house processes
* Ensure consistent delivery of company standards and operational procedures
* Work closely with marketing teams to support local store initiatives

What We Are Looking For
