Practice Nurse
We have a vacancy in our practice based in Greenwich. This can either be a full time 40 hour role, or a part time role.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join our established team and be part of a company that really makes a difference.
As a GP Practice Nurse, you will work within a GP practice providing assessment, screening, and treatment services, advising patients on general healthcare and minor ailments with referral to GP's as necessary.
Our Practice Nurse works as part of the general practice team and is supported by, and works with, a diverse multi-skilled professional team of clinical and non-clinical friendly staff, providing high quality, person-centered, holistic care to patients registered with Omnes Healthcare practices.
Responsibilities
* Provide assessment, screening and treatment services.
* Advise patients on general healthcare and minor ailments with referral to GP's as necessary.
* Undertake the collection, storage and dispatch of pathological specimens.
* Other administrative and professional responsibilities.

Requirements
* Current NMC Registration.
* Experienced nurse who can help us manage QOF and specialized diabetic care.
* Practice Nurse experience within Primary Care is essential.
