A leading property services organisation is seeking a highly organised and proactive Legal Document Management Specialist to lead a critical 12-month project focused on centralising contract documentation across the business.
You’ll report into the Commercial Director and work closely with the Head of Legal, playing a key role in improving document management systems and ensuring compliance across property and energy-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the collation and centralisation of contracts into a single repository.
* Engage with legal and non-legal stakeholders to gather legacy documents.
* Extract, organise, and store documents using tools such as Excel, SharePoint, Co-Pilot, PDF tools, and DocuSign.
* Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the project.
* Attend legal team meetings and collaborate across departments.
* Track progress and report regularly to the Commercial Director.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a legal or compliance-focused environment.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Proven ability to manage projects independently.
* Highly IT literate with experience in document management tools.
* Tenacious and resourceful in tracking down elusive contacts and documents.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

* 12-month fixed-term contract with potential to become permanent.
* Flexible working: remote with occasional office travel, or full-time office-based.
