Fundamental Duties and Responsibilities · Responsible to Lead, Manage and be accountable for the marketing department, including setting goals and objectives, providing training and development, and evaluating performance. · Create and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives and Sales and Marketing (S&M) strategy, with a focus on delivering measurable results, ROI, and qualified new business leads. · Leverage data analysis to assess and optimize marketing campaign performance, while implementing lead-tracking processes to align qualified leads with the Sales and Marketing strategy, ensuring collaboration with Sales Account Managers to review outcomes, track new business generated, and maintain accountability for follow-up. · Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising, ensuring each channel contributes effectively to overall marketing goals. · Manage the marketing budget, prioritizing campaigns and allocating resources to ensure cost-effective execution and maximum ROI. · Lead market research initiatives to understand target audience behaviour, competitor activities, and emerging market trends to refine strategies and identify opportunities. · Collaborate with the Creative Manager to ensure that all marketing campaigns are visually compelling while being strategically effective. · Collaborate with the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure the consistent implementation of brand strategies and message. · Present data-driven insights and campaign performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and future strategies.
