Site Manager

£45,000 – £52,000 (optional overtime & door-to-door pay structure)

CJS are partnering with a specialist roofing sub-contractor who’ve built a strong partnership with a major national retail chain.
They are now looking for a Site Manager to take the lead on multiple flat roofing projects across London — mainly large-scale retail sites (with roof areas between 4,000–8,000m².
If you’ve got solid flat roofing and liquid systems experience and want to manage high-profile projects with an established contractor, this could be for you.
Duties:
* Overseeing multiple flat roofing sites across London
* Managing teams and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on time, and to spec
* Working on some big overlay projects (new roofs over old ones)
* Ensuring quality and safety standards are always met
* Liaising with clients and internal teams to keep everything running smoothly
Person Specification:
* Proven experience in flat roofing – ideally with single-ply and liquid systems
* Familiarity with Bauder and Westwood products or similar waterproofing systems
* Black CSCS (essential)
* SMSTS (essential)
* 3-Day First Aid
* A valid UK driving licence
* Ability to reach sites across London (within a 90-minute radius)
