Role Overview
We are recruiting a National Account Manager to support sales growth across a well-established chilled food manufacturing business. This role will focus on managing and developing major grocery retail accounts, delivering annual turnover, volume, and profit targets.
Working closely with internal teams across supply chain, finance, NPD, marketing, and operations, you will play a key role in delivering customer plans, managing promotions, supporting product launches, and ensuring excellent account performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Create, implement, and deliver customer business plans to achieve sales, volume, and margin targets.
2. Manage key grocery retail accounts, taking ownership of day-to-day and strategic activity.
3. Develop existing product listings and support new listings, range reviews, and category opportunities.
4. Lead and manage product launches, working cross-functionally to ensure successful execution.
