Reporting to the Brand Manager, you’ll manage the sales process from initial enquiry to aftercare, providing exceptional customer experiences across the UK. You’ll be the reassuring presence throughout the customer journey, ensuring excellence at every stage. To support your success, you will receive first-class brand training and a structured 30-day internal training plan designed to make learning engaging and effective. * Meet standards for providing fair financial advice and services, adhering to FCA regulations.

* Is confident with computer systems and holds a full UK driving licence, as travel across the UK for events and meetings will be required.
